Refreshment
Due to the regulations, there is only one water stop at the Badi Maur (approx. 9 km) on the long route. Participants should bring any other food they require with them.
First Aid
A team of Samaritans will be available in the finish area. There are no first aid posts along the course. In case of emergency we ask each participant to help the other.
Timekeeping
The runtime is recorded with the disposable chip. The time only starts running when the starting line is crossed. Please wear your start number clearly visible on the front of your running address and fill in the back of your start number for emergency situations during the race. Sponsor logos may not be covered or folded.
