Since 1993, the Theodora Foundation has been pursuing the goal of brightening the everyday lives of children in hospitals and specialised institutions with joy and laughter. Every year, the Foundation’s artists – the Dream Doctors – bring laughter and moments of happiness to thousands of children throughout Switzerland. Stiftung Joël Kinderspitex
When a child is ill or impaired, the whole family suffers. Children who need special care present parents, siblings and relatives with major physical and psychological challenges. It can be compared to running a never-ending marathon. The care provided by Kinderspitex at home improves the quality of life of the children concerned and at the same time supports and relieves the entire family environment. The Joël Kinderspitex Foundation provides care with expertise, quality and heart – quickly and without complications.
Unfortunately, many urgently needed respite services are neither financed by health insurance companies nor by the IV. Therefore, the children cared for by Kinderspitex and their families are dependent on your financial support – this is how we run together for these children who cannot do it themselves. You can find more information about the valuable work of Joël Kinderspitex at www.joel-kinderspitex.ch.
SOS Children’s Villages
Every child should grow up in a family – loved, respected and protected. SOS Children’s Villages gives children in need a loving home and strengthens vulnerable families in over 135 countries. With programmes for education, health and income generation, it empowers children and families to shape their own future. The focus is on the long-term development of each child so that they can master life’s challenges independently as adults.
SOS Children’s Villages is a private, politically and religiously independent, ZEWO-certified children’s aid organisation. You can find more information about our work and impact at www.sos-kinderdorf.ch
Förderverein für Kinder mit seltenen Krankheiten KMSK
Did you know that around 350,000 children and young people in Switzerland are affected by a rare disease? This poses major challenges for the families affected: parents who are at the end of their tether, siblings who miss out, financial worries, often isolation and battles with insurance companies. The charitable organisation Förderverein für Kinder mit seltenen Krankheiten (KMSK) exists to support these families on their new journey through life after being diagnosed with a rare disease.
Thanks to donations, we have been able to financially support affected families with around CHF 3 million since our foundation in 2014, for example with therapies, aids, time out, mobility, etc. We are dependent on donations, legacies, patronage contributions and donations in kind to ensure that we can continue to do this in the future.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your valued donation, which can make a huge difference. More information www.kmsk.ch
Mental illness can affect us all. In this situation, we need places where we can feel safe and can organise our lives in a self-effective way again.
The Vivazzo Foundation fulfils an important social mission in the Zurich Oberland in the care and rehabilitation of people with mental and physical impairments. We offer these people a home and give them the opportunity to work and undergo training.
Unfortunately, we cannot finance all the costs of providing our wide range of services through our own income and public contributions. We are therefore dependent on donations. Your contribution will help us to continue to offer people in difficult circumstances support, prospects and development opportunities.

Your contribution for the young runners and the role models of tomorrow!
Support the young talents of Swiss Athletics with CHF 5.-. You can transfer the amount directly in the registration process together with the participation fee. With your support you help young runners to consistently tackle the way to the top. Figureheads such as Fabienne Schlumpf and Julien Wanders have put their money on running. Long before they could count on sponsorship or prize money, they were prepared to reduce their workload or extend their training. Thanks to your support we can make this possible for the next generation of runners. www.swiss-running.ch/de/nachwuchs-fuenfliber/
